This experience has given us the opportunity of witnessing what young cancer patients must endure for a chance at life.  It has also let us meet true champions – children fighting this terrible disease.

In Canada, approximately 1,500 children are diagnosed with cancer each year.  By lending our support, we are helping to ensure that these children receive the best care possible, the care they deserve. In just three short years, The Vita Children’s Foundation’s dedicated team of volunteers has raised a total amount of $170,000 that was used to fund children’s cancer units and to support programmes adapted to adolescents and young adults with cancer.  We are extremely proud of this achievement and look forward to increasing our support thus ensuring a continued positive impact on the lives of so many young patients.
